Where can I buy 3 Sprouts products?
You can find 3 Sprouts products in finer department stores and independent children's retailers all over North America. Please visit our Retailers page for a complete listing. You can also buy all 3 Sprouts products in our online store.

How do I clean my 3 Sprouts products?
Storage Bins, Wall Organizers, Caddies, and Photo Frames: Canvas and felt items should only be spot cleaned as needed and not machine-washed.

Hooded Towels: Machine wash cold in the gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry. Do not bleach.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.  We do not ship internationally, including US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands) and Mexico at this time. However, please visit our online retailer listing for USA and Canada, as some will ship internationally.

How will my order be shipped?
3 Sprouts ships all orders via FedEx Ground. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please be aware that FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. We use FedEx Ground for our orders and the shipping time is 5-10 business days. Please visit our retailers page as we have many retailers that do offer express shipping.

How do I know if my items are in stock?
All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed by the indication "Out of Stock". For specific questions concerning availability, please email contact@3sprouts.com.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only within 30 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify 3 Sprouts before attempting to return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please visit our return policy page for complete instructions.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
